The 2024 American superhero movie Kraven the Hunter is based on the same-named character from Marvel Comics. Kraven's connection with his father and his journey to become the best hunter are both explored in the movie. The film, which was directed by J. C. Srikant Tiwari, a senior officer in the Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC), and his closest friend and coworker JK Talpade, both of whom are employed by the Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA), are the subjects of The Family Man. The 1996 American action spy movie Mission: Impossible [4] was directed by Brian De Palma, produced by Tom Cruise, and starred Tom Cruise. Derek Kolstad wrote the screenplay, and Chad Stahelski directed the 2014 American action movie John Wick. John Wick, played by Keanu Reeves, is a famed hitman who, when his wife dies, comes out of retirement to get revenge on the guys who killed his puppy as a parting present. Kolstad's passion for action, retaliation, and neo noir movies served as inspiration for his work. The rights were acquired by producer Basil Iwaniec, who produced his first independent motion picture. Reeves, whose career was in decline, approved of the script and suggested that the action scenes be directed by seasoned stunt choreographers David Leitch and Stahelski. Leitch and Stahelski were successful in their efforts to co-direct the production. On a budget of $20–30 million, principal photography started in October 2013 and ended in December of the same year. Due to Reeves's recent underperforming films and industry officials' disdain for an action movie from a first-time filmmaker, Iwaniec had trouble finding theater distributors. Two months prior to the movie's October 24, 2014, release date, Lionsgate Films acquired the distribution rights. After an effective marketing effort transformed its image from throwaway entertainment to a high-profile event hosted by a friendly top star, John Wick made $86 million worldwide, exceeding box office expectations and becoming a moderate hit. Reviews for its action scenes and flair were largely favorable. John Wick was praised by critics as Reeves' return in a part that suited his acting prowess. S. S. Rajamouli, who co-wrote the screenplay with V. Vijayendra Prasad, is the director of the 2022 Indian Telugu-language epic historical action-drama film RRR[b] (subtitled onscreen as Rudram Raman Rudhi ram). Starring N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn (in his Telugu debut), Alia Bhatt (in her Telugu debut), and Olivia Morris (in her Telugu debut), the film is produced by D. V. V. Danaya under DVV Entertainment. It is a fictionalized homage to the Indian rebels Komara Bheem (played by N. T. Rama Rao Jr.) and Alluri Sitarama Raju (played by Ram Charan), honoring their struggle against injustice.

Reimagining the lives of Sitarama Raju and Bheem, Rajamouli envisioned their 1920 Delhi encounter as two powerful forces coming together to oppose British colonial oppression. In March 2018, the movie was formally announced, and principal filming in Hyderabad started in November 2018. The COVID-19 epidemic caused delays in the manufacture, which ended in August 2021. RRR was primarily filmed in India, with certain scenes also being shot in Bulgaria and Ukraine. M. M. Keeravani wrote the film's songs and background score, while K. K. Under the auspices of Bhansali Productions and UTV Motion Pictures, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ronnie Screw Vala produced the 2012 Indian Hindi-language action movie Rowdy Rathore, which was directed by Prabhu Deva. Akshay Kumar plays the twin roles of a valiant police officer and a burglar in this 2006 Telugu film adaptation, which is based on an original novel by V. Vijayendra Prasad. Nassar plays the primary antagonist in the movie, with Sonakshi Sinha, Gurdeep Kohli, Yashpal Sharma, and Paresh Ganatra playing minor parts.[4] In the movie, a thug named Baaji kills Vikram Rathore, a courageous and upright police officer. To exact revenge for his passing, however, his crew substitutes Shiva, a criminal who also happens to have his likeness, for him.

On a budget of ₹60 crore, Rowdy Rathore was mostly filmed in Mumbai and Hampi [5]. It was released globally on June 1, 2012. Sajid-Wajid wrote the music for it.[6] It received mixed reviews from reviewers when it first came out and went on to become a domestic and international box office success. By the conclusion of its run, it had grown its distributor share to ₹740 million (US$8.6 million) in India thanks to positive word-of-mouth.[7] In just seven weeks, it made ₹515.5 million (US$6.0 million), making it one of the highest grossing films ever to hit the Mumbai circuit.[8] The movie became one of the highest-grossing Indian films with a total gross of approximately ₹203.39 crore (US$23 million).[9][10]
